• Special category data (only where voluntarily disclosed): Health condition or disability information for reasonable adjustments purposes
• Website data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, cookies (see Section 8)

4. Who We Share Your Data With

We share your personal data only where necessary and lawful:

• Qualifi Ltd — as the awarding organisation, to register you on qualifications and process certification
• Qualifi's External Quality Assurer (EQA) — for quality assurance of assessment decisions during monitoring visits
• Regulatory authorities (Ofqual, ICO, HMRC etc.) — only where we have a legal obligation to do so
• Technology providers (LMS platform, Zoom, Google Meet) — for programme delivery; all operate under data processing agreements

We will never sell your data or share it for commercial purposes without your explicit consent.

5. Storage and Security

Your data is stored in secure, access-controlled digital systems. We use encryption, password protection, and access restrictions to protect personal data. In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights, we will notify you and the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.
